Gynaecological Awareness Flash Mob photo event

https://www.facebook.com/events/417483699078395/

Flash your undies! ~ A metaphorical flash mob for a photo shoot to raise awareness for the Gynaecological Health Awareness campaign. We’ll be meeting at the giant sculpture at Elizabeth Quay at 2pm.
(and no, you don’t have to actually flash your undies!!)

Kath Mazzella OAM, advocate for GYNae health, is asking for your help to create some excitement and support for GLAM Day – Gynaecological Leadership and Awareness Movement – on 10 September.
So many women suffer from difficult GYNae issues and we want to lift the skirts on the secrecy.  From fibroids to endometriosis to polycystic ovarian syndrome to infertility.
If we don’t talk about it then we can’t start to fix it.
We’d love as many people there as possible so please invite all your friends.
Please dress in red, white and/or black.

Even if you can’t make the event we’d love you to click “interested” in the event.

King Edward Memorial Hospital International Gynaecological Awareness Day

International Gynaecological Awareness Day 2017 event at King Edward Memorial Hospital:

A wonderful display at King Edward Memorial Hospital for women in Western Australia where I was invited to be one of the judges. Just imagine how it would feel for the women undergoing GYN health surgery to see the fun displays to help them heal better.

Great to see GAIN Inc. and Perth Sisterhood Support group collaborating with a display in foyer of the Hospital.

I had the privilege of donating quilts and wall hangings kindly created by WA Quilters Assoc.

I also, want to highly commend the artist from the Genetics department who created this magnificent poster.

Maternal and Family Health Nurses Australia presentation April 2015

One of the largest audiences I have addressed recently, I received a great response at the Burswood Convention Centre.

The program included a broad of range of professionals and it was great to share my message, woman to woman.
